Tension for Automatic winding machine ~~

Precise fine wire tension control for winding fine wire size product. Winding tension is also suitable to equip with other brands winding machine.

Tension for digital coil winding machine for wire size range 0.03mm - 0.6mm.

Wire Nozzle

There are various size Wire Nozzle available for Wey Hwang Coil Winding Machine.

Wey Hwang use wide range of guide nozzle with our automatic winding machine & bench top winding machine, we use 0.3mm / 0.5mm / 0.8mm / 1.0mm / 1.2mm wire nozzle with WH winding machine. Custom size nozzle also available. Please contact with Sales department for further details.

Wire Guide Ceramic Part

Here is the size of wire guide eyelet used with Wey Hwang winding machine.

- Ceramic eyelet

Ceramic eyelet use to protect the wire during machine winding. There are various size eyelets equip with machine. Please contact with sales department with the size of eyelet.

- Ceramic wire guide

Ceramic wire guide used on tension of winding machine to prevent the wire jump out during machine operation.

- Ceramic roller with bearing

Ceramic roller used on the feeder head or fine wire tension of coil winding machine

Wire hook for Toroid coil
